The Account Overview project drove both internal and external impact by tackling a set of complex challenges.

What started as a simple UI update quickly revealed deeper issues: scattered data, unclear priorities, and a system that couldn’t scale.

I led the redesign to address these root problems—restructuring the information, simplifying complex financial data, and aligning teams across product, design, and engineering. The result was a clearer, more trusted experience for users—and a stronger, more efficient foundation for the business.

This project led to a better user experience, sped up our internal design and development process, and helped drive business growth.
